Rearranging HTML output fields to match pdf form fields

I have created a form that will be emailed back to me in html.  When I receive the emailed data back, the order of the html fields are slightly different than the order of the fields in the pdf form.  I am guessing that's because of the order that I created each field.  Is there a way to rearrange the fields in the html output so when I receive the email it matches the pdf form?  Thanks.
