Need Sample Servlet or JSP for XML creation

I've been looking all afternoon for a sample script to parse the PDF data into XML on a web server.  If anyone has a sample, I would greatly appreciate it.  I am trying to submit a simple form created in LiveCycle to an XML file.  I will be running the site on a linux machine.
