Can any compontent within LiveCycle Server create a "AcroForm compatible" pdf?

Can LiveCycle Form Server (or any other component) generate an AcroForm compatible pdf? We are thinking of using LiveCycle Form Server internally to generate forms that we create from scratch through XML. We still have quite a few customers who still need their forms to be in the legacy AcroForm format. I'm guessing even Adobe has run into this. My hope is that LiveCycle Suite offers something to do the job.
