Java api to convert Acrobat PDF to XDP

I'm looking for java api to convert Acrobat PDF to XDP.I could convert LCES created PDF to XDP but not from Acrobat PDF.I got this error which is self explanatory.

Error occurred: ALC-UTL-S04-004: The document supplied to convert to XDP was not an XFA Document.

Is there any way I can convert Acrobat PDF to XDP.
